Welcome to THE RESILIENCE MVMT Connection Circle 12 Week Roadmap for Hosts. This handbook is designed to be evergreen and used repeatedly each quarter to help Hosts effectively guide individuals through the process of developing social emotional skills in a group setting. Social emotional skills are critical for personal, relational and professional success, and are increasingly being recognized as an essential component of self actualization and personal growth.

Connection Circles are stand-alone, evergreen gatherings designed (however, not required) to be paired with THE IMANI MVMT Quarterly Resilience Planners.

Connection Circles are FREE to start & attend. THE RESILIENCE MVMT Connection Circles are stand-alone, volunteer based, nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical groups available almost everywhere. There are no age, financial or educational requirements! Connection Circles are for individuals, couples, families, communities, schools and organizations interested in improving their emotional wellness in a safe and supportive setting with the use of Social Emotional Learning Frameworks.
