Connection Circles are FREE to use, start & attend. THE RESILIENCE MVMT Connection Circles are stand-alone, volunteer based, nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical groups available almost everywhere. There are no age, financial or educational requirements! Connection Circles are for individuals, couples, families, communities, schools and organizations interested in improving their emotional wellness in a safe and supportive setting with the use of Social Emotional Learning.

THE RESILIENCE MVMT Connection Circle program/handbook is designed to be evergreen and used repeatedly each quarter to help Hosts effectively guide individuals through the process of developing social emotional skills in a group setting. Social emotional skills are critical for personal, relational and professional success, and are increasingly being recognized as an essential component of self actualization, personal growth and overall emotional wellness. Connection Circles are free, stand-alone, evergreen, global gatherings designed (however, not required) to be paired with THE IMANI MVMT Quarterly Resilience Planners.

Trauma-informed Social Emotional Learning involves providing resources that are sensitive to the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma. This is why I’ve created a 2-in-1 Mental Health planner/journal that has daily exercises, journal prompts, and mindfulness techniques that offer a comprehensive approach to mental health that empowers individuals to take control of their own healing. THE IMANI MVMT Resilience Planners are designed to help build resilience, manage stress, and provides practical tools and strategies for identifying and addressing the effects of anxiety, mental blockages, and healing from emotional wounds.
